Pre-screening
Vitay allows you to run a candidate pre-screening process. It will send a specific question set to the candidate and you will decide if it is necessary to move forward with them. This feature can be enabled on your account at no additional cost to assist with your pre-hiring needs.
Please note that this feature is not currently available with integrations, but it is on our roadmap. We will notify you once it becomes available.
Pre-screening
- Once the Vitay team enables the pre-screening plugin, you will be able to send them to your candidates.
- Once the plugin is activated, go to question sets to create a pre-screening question set.
- Go to the candidate profile > click on the "Pre-screening Request" button.
- Select the pre-screening question set you want to send to the candidate > Submit
