Background screening
Vitay partners with Mintz Global Screening and Validity Screening Solutions to run a candidate background checks (national criminal check). Currently only available in Canada and US
Background check
Once the Vitay team enables the Background Checking plugin, you will be able to run a background check on your candidates.
On the candidate page, click on the tab "Background Checking"
Click on "Background Screening Request" to open the modal > select the package you want to screen (e.g. National Criminal) > click Submit.
To change countries, click on the "Canada" and "USA" tabs
After validation, you will see the background check in the list below with the status process initiated.
There are two status flagged Completed (Clear) and Completed (Not clear)
