Candidate Post Hire Feedback
Vitay allows you to send candidate's feedback requests about your hiring process after they have started working at their new job. This feature can be enabled on your account at no additional cost to assist with your post-hiring needs.
Please note that this feature is not currently available with integrations, but it is on our roadmap. We will notify you once it becomes available.
Candidate feedback
- Once the Vitay team enables the Candidate Feedback plugin, you will be able to send feedback requests to your candidates.
- Once the plugin is activated, go to question sets to create a feedback question set.
- Go to the candidate profile > click on the "feedback" tab. Select "Feedback Request" to open the feedback request.
- A pop-up would appear. Select the feedback type, then the question set you want to send to the candidate and Submit.
The feedback will then appears in the feedback list under feedback survey.
