Recruiter feedback

Vitay allows you to ask for feedback about your recruiting process. It works like a recruiting NPS score. This feature can be enabled on your account at no additional cost to assist with your post-hiring needs.

Recruiter feedback

Once the Vitay team enabled the Recruiter feedback plugin, you will be able to send them to your candidates.

After the plugin is activated, go to the selected candidate profile and select the "Feedback" tab.

Click on "Feedback Request" to open the feedback request.

Select the question set you want to send to the candidate.

They will receive a new form and you will be notified when they complete it.
