Settings - Notification

  • Auto reminders - toggled on by default.
    • Choose whether you want to send the auto reminders (24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours after the request is created) for candidates and references.
    • Reminders rate - 1 day by default.
      • Determine how often the auto reminders will be sent (e.g. setting this to 2 days will send reminders 48 hours, 96 hours, and 144 hours after the request is created)
      • Changing this setting will apply to all future candidates/references and will not change queued reminders for existing candidates/references
    • Skip Reminders During the Weekend - toggled off by default.
      • Toggling on this feature ensures reminders are sent only on weekdays (Monday - Friday) excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
        • Hence, reminders that would originally be sent on the weekend will be sent the following Monday. After Monday, your chosen sequence/reminder rate applies.

  • Email errors notification - toggled on by default.
    • With this feature, you can opt in to notify the candidate when unable to send reference email.
      • If disabled, the recruiter would not be notified via email if emails can't be delivered.

  • Send email notification with pdf report
    • Choose to send email notifications with the completed reference pdf report attached

  • IP Address Conflict
    • By default, you are immediately notified on the candidate page if the same IP address was used by the candidate and their reference.
      • it will indicate the device, OS version and IP address that was used.
    • By toggling this on, the recruiter would receive an email notification if their candidate and reference have the same IP address.

  • Reference request completed - toggled on by default.
      • Choose to notify the assigned user(recruiter) when the candidate has filled out their reference information

  • Candidate reference pending notification - toggled on by default.
    • Choose to notify the candidate when their reference is pending

  • Candidate: reference is completed - toggled on by default.
    • Choose to notify the candidate when their reference is completed

  • Candidate: Reference has been added
    • Choose to notify the candidate when a new reference has been added to their profile

  • Requested User email
    • outgoing emails would be from the assigned user who added the reference

  • Lead/Reference/Feedback/Pre-screening Completed Notifications
    • Choose who from your team will receive a notification if a reference decides to be contacted, after a reference completes their reference request or after a feedback is completed.
