Notification set-up for completed references, feedbacks or leads
As an admin/root user, you can select who receives email notifications from your team after a reference completes their reference or feedback request or decides they would like to be contacted.
Log in > Click on configurations > Notifications, scroll down and select which notification of the three you will like to edit > Click the edit icon (✎)next to the notification selected
There are 4 notification options to choose from and you can opt in for more than one. Also, you can select who within the organization by clicking on administrators.
- Send to root email - notification would only go to the root user within your company.
- Send to candidate assigned user - notification would only go the candidate assigned user.
- Send to user who added the reference - if the user(recruiter) who filled out the reference information for the candidate is different from the candidate's assigned recruiter, then they would receive the notification.
- Send to custom emails - notifications can be sent to one or multiple users by specification.
