Adding or removing a user

With a root/admin role access, you can add or remove users; (recruiters, supervisors) as needed. If you are a root/admin user and run into any issues, please contact us at hello@vitay.io

Once a user is removed or in other words deactivated, they would be moved to the inactive status as shown below in the X category.  

Log in > Configuration > Users

Click on Users > + (to add a recruiter) > a pop up will appear. Please ensure you keep the send email to user checked to ensure the user receives the login details via email

Fill up all of the inputs. If you don't want to send the credentials to the new user, uncheck the "Send email to user" box.

Once the user has been added, you can see it on the "Users" tab located on the lefthand side of the configuration list page.

You can download CSV report of your team directly on this page.
