Creating or editing a question set
Vitay offers the capability to create custom question sets before sending them to the references.
All users can see the questions but only supervisors or Admin(root) users can create or edit a question set.

Create / Edit question sets
To create and/or edit a question set > Click on Question sets. Create a question set by clicking on the "+" button.
Click on + (to create a new question set) > a pop up will appear. Enter a question set name. If creating a question set for our other features e.g. prescreening or feedback etc, please ensure you switch the type.
Click on + (to add a question) > Click Save
Type: There are different questions types to select from;
Dropdown- reference(s) are able to choose one answer choice from a list of choices in a drop down menu e.g. closed -ended questions
Radio- reference(s) are able to select one single answer option in a list of alternatives e.g. Yes/No questions
Rating- with ratings, you can select a rating label for particular question among the drop down as shown below;
reference(s) can between 1-5 or 1-10 depending on your configuration for the most accurate response. 1 - lowest (highlighted in red) to 5/10 - highest (highlighted in green) as shown below:
Checkbox- reference(s) selects multiple answers from a list of choices. Ability to choose more than one option in the same question.
Text- reference(s) provide responses to open-ended questions e.g. feedbacks etc. Only question type that is not comment-able.
Matrix- reference(s) are able to evaluate one or more row options using a set of column choices. By default, the system adds N/A as an option as shown below:
Slider- reference(s) are able to rate an answer option on a numerical scale by dragging a slider.
Ranking- reference(s) are able to compare and arrange multiple options based on their preferences.
Date- reference(s) enter the specific date in the specific format.
All types except "text" have the option to choose to make the comment optional or required.
After validating the question, you will be able to add a new one, edit the question set title and even delete it.
