These question sets are designed to help streamline your hiring process by filtering out unsuitable candidates early on, ensuring you focus on those who are the best fit for the role.

These templates are built from insights gathered through over 45,000+ reference checks, industry data, and hiring trends. They are intended as a starting point for your own customization, so you can adjust the questions to meet your organization’s unique needs.

How to Use a Question Set Template

1.Navigate to Question Sets in the platform.

2.Click the ”+” (Add) button to create a new set.

3.Check the “Use a question set template” box to enable template selection.

4.If enabled, choose the feature type (Reference, Pre-screening, or Feedback).

5.Select a relevant template from our library.

You can then edit the question set title, add new questions, or delete existing ones to fully customize it.
