Employer feedback

Vitay allows you to send candidate's employers feedback requests on the new hires performance to help measure and track new hire quality. This feature can be enabled on your account at no additional cost to assist with your post-hiring needs.

Employer feedback

Once the Vitay team enables the Candidate Feedback plugin, you will be able to send feedback requests to your candidate's employers.

On the candidate page, select the "Feedback" tab > click Feedback request.

A pop-up would appear. Select the feedback type, then the question set you want to send to the candidate and Submit.

The feedback will then appears in the feedback list under employers
