Difficulty typing answers or fill in certain fields

If you experiencing any issue with filling in certain fields when providing a reference or completing a reference request, there are two ways you can attempt to rectify this. If your computer isn't allowing you to complete the form, you can use a mobile device instead as indicated below;

    1. If using a computer,
      1. Ensure Ad-blockers are disabled as this can interfere with answering questions.
      2. Clear cache and cookies
      3. Try opening the link in Incognito mode.
    2. If using a mobile device,
      1. you can attempt to fill out the form by clicking the link
      2. Try opening the link in Incognito mode and copy the link directly into your browser.
