Reference request link not working

This could occur if the reference form has been restricted by your organization’s network firewall.

We advise you to access the link in the reference email at home or elsewhere that is outside of your company’s network. By doing so, it will allow you to access the page.

    • You could also try to open the link with your mobile phone ( preferably on mobile data) to see if it allows you to access the page.
    • If you prefer to not open work emails from outside work, you may forward the email to a secondary or personal email address and open it but make sure you would be off the company wifi when doing so.

Also please be advised that Internet Explorer is an older browser that sometimes is not compatible with our links so we advise you to use Google Chrome or Firefox instead.

    • An alternate solution would be to complete the reference on a mobile device if a phone number was provided.
