For Staffing and Recruiting Companies

This feature is available to clients who opt for the lead generation feature.

At Vitay, the lead generation feature helps recruiters source new talent and connect with new clients, passively. Recruiters have access to an ever growing list of leads that they can reach out to.

Only Admin(root) users can enable this feature:

Go to configurations > click on pages > toggle on enable/disable call-to-action, click on options and select staffing_recruitment_leads

Update your thank you page message the client would see to opt to be contacted.

For example:

Your confidential Reference report has been successfully submitted.

Clients who choose to opt for such features who would provide an additional option in the reference section when using filters. This option "Types" includes two drop downs;

Client (looking to hire someone)
Candidate (looking for a job)

If either option is selected by the referee when filling out the reference request, the recruiter is notified. The recruiter can filter out the reference page to view all lead response and generate a report of the interested client or candidate to be contacted as shown below:
