My reference is not receiving the email

Sometimes this happens due to domain restrictions.

Please inform your reference to check their spam folder or if a phone number was provided, they can check their text message for a reference notification.

If the issue persists, contact your recruiter directly whom you have been in contact with to assist with any changes or updates. Your recruiter's email address would be included in the reference request email you received.
