Changing the assigned recruiter for a candidate/reference

At Vitay, you can change internally the assigned user to a particular candidate/reference. This mostly occurs when a recruiter has left the company and you want the candidate re-assigned to a different recruiter or if a users role has been updated or for reporting reasons e.t.c.

This feature can be toggled on or off in the configurations panel > settings > configuration by the account root/admin user;

• When toggled on, all users can change the candidate or reference ownership
• When toggled off, only root/admin users can change the candidate or reference ownership.

To change the assigned recruiter,

Go to the candidates section > Select the candidate you wish to update > click the edit icon
