Settings - Configuration

  • Information Banner - can be used as an internal means of communication to share a broadcast message across your team. Toggle on > input message > click save
for example, a banner message could read "no new references should be added on 08/29/2023"

  • Set the default timeframe from 1 month, 3 months or 6 months for candidates and references list pages

  • Set a rating scale of 5 or 10. The rating scale of 5 is toggled on by default.
    • If changes are applied on the configuration prior to a reference filling out the request, the changes would apply.

  • Choose to require users to update their password after 30 days

  • Choose to disable inactive accounts after 30 days.

  • Display Everyone / Myself Toggle - toggled off by default.

    • When toggled on, all users would have the ability to see the all candidate/references toggle. The display for recruiters would be:
    • When toggled off, only admin or root users can see the everyone toggle but recruiter/supervisors can only see their users as shown below:
  • Branding Emails Origin or Name - toggled on by default.
    • When toggled on, all outgoing emails from Vitay will include the company's recruiter name and email.
    • If a generic email is preferred, you can toggle off this feature and input the details.

  • Candidate email or reference email required - toggled on by default.
    • You can choose to toggle off both or either feature per your need.

  • Choose to allow users to update the assigned recruiter - this enables users change the ownership of the candidate.
    • When toggled on, all users can change the candidate or reference ownership
    • When toggled off, only root/admin users can change the candidate or reference ownership.

  • Phone number validity - toggled on by default.
    • To verify candidate and reference phone numbers.
      • If toggled on, we'll block candidates or recruiters from inputting numbers with an invalid format or an invalid number (number that cannot be dialed).
        • Landlines cannot receive text messages, however, they are not blocked or identified as invalid. An error will be listed under the text activity for the candidate or reference for that mobile number.

  • Idle and Idle Timeout
    • Choose to log out users after a period or set time of inactivity
    • When toggled on, by default it shows 15 however, you can input a time of your choosing.

  • Primary reply Email or Name
    • When toggled on, all reply emails would go to a generic email address and name. For example:
      • Name: Company's Helpdesk
      • Email: Company's generic email address
    • When toggled off, all reply emails would go to the assigned users email address.

  • New Recruiters - Compliance Statement
    • Set a Compliance Statement to be added to the email sent to new recruiters during account set-up.
